Brand identity and three book series for a publishing house in New York City called Felony & Mayhem which specializes in mystery/crime books. The owner of Felony & Mayhem, Maggie Topkis, used to own Partners & Crime, a mysteries-only bookstore in Greenwich Village, NYC. Seeing that her favorite books they sold were going out of print, she decided to create Felony & Mayhem to reprint those books. The identity centers around a mystery genre staple, the magnifying glass, which moves around the wordmark creating logo variations.
